about the country which you have chosen for your food fair...
Germans eating habits are also similar like European neighbours.They like to have sausages, especially with beer. Although we don't have enough money to buy some sausages from Germany, there are foods are made by potatoes. For example, Kartoffelsalat (potato salad).

Nice job, Mia; I like your blog's new look; and moreover, your information about German food is terrific. It is too bad you guys can't buy German sausages - they're expensive! - but you can always pretend. And potatoes are a good substitute.

What a vivid recollection! I seem to hear the yelling and see the crying faces and rushing steps. It certainly was a fresh experience to you -- such a messy happening. Yet, real life is always messy. This challenges your EQ and problem solving skills. I wish I had been in the lower hall and shared the wonderful food you cooked. I'm sure this interfnational food fair is one of the most memorable experiences in MC!
